這是我最喜歡的歌，
PULP 的 COMMON PEOPLE
對於這首歌的評論太多了，
尤其他前一陣子才來台灣。
我的樂評寫的沒人深入，
只希望在這野人獻曝。
忘了在哪裡看到有人說到:
"Common People",,,
"i want to live like common people,
i want to do whatever common people do,
i want to sleep with common people,
i want to sleep with common people like you.
well what else could i do...."
"...結果她們租了個房子，
幫有錢女剪了個短頭髮，
並找了份工作，
閒來無事抽菸打桌球，
可惜, 女孩子終日攤在床上，
看著牆上蟑螂走過，她不用捱，也捱不慣..."
"...就是那一點點，已經證明她不能當普通人..."
最後的歌詞是

"想著自己與一般人不同，這便是一般人的想法，
真正不同的人，只想與一般人相接近...."
常常看到市場上很多人說自己是HERO，
也許也有人喜歡，
但我相信在概念的高度與作品的深度上，
自稱英雄
有些顯得不知所謂了吧。
我們是平凡人，對於平凡跟簡單事特別有感覺，
這也是為什麼這首歌能成為經典吧。
